| 3 Star, Superior Tourist Class Historical Hotel
The hotel is located in the heart of the old town, a few minutes from the famous chapel bridge.
The rooms vary slightly in size and shape due to the age of the building, half are small and the other half medium in size. All are kept in very good condition. They are furnished in modern style with light grey carpets and contrasting black furniture. The white tiled bathrooms are in very good condition.
A glass window separates the reception area from the small breakfast room. There is an Italian fast food restaurant attached to the back of the hotel for both guests and locals.
This building has a lovely, traditional facade which was recently restored to its former glory. In contrast to the exterior, the interior is very modern as the hotel has been completely refurbished. The lobby itself is small and attractively decorated in grey marble.
This is a good hotel which enjoys one of the best locations in Lucerne. |
