| 3 Star, Superior Tourist Class Traditional Hotel
This hotel is located on a fairly quiet side street right in the centre of Lucerne. The railway station is a couple of minutes walk away as is the picturesque old town.
The rooms are small and cosy. They are decorated in a rather dated style, but the furniture, fixtures and fittings are of a high quality and although old are in good condition. The bathrooms are also in good condition, but old fashioned. The hotel has a simple breakfast room.
This is a traditional building, blending in with its neighbours. The lobby is small and welcoming.
This is a simple, no nonsense hotel for travellers on a budget for whom location and basic comfort are more important than frills and as such comes highly recommended. |
