The hotel was built in 1895, this beautiful residence in neoclassic style combines all the modern technologies with the charm of an historical building. It is located only 300 metres away from Lausanne railway station and 800 metres from the L?man lake.
The hotel was entirely renovated in 2006, Le Boulevard offers all the comfort of a modern residence at very competitive prices. This is the perfect place for medium-long stays in Lausanne: you will enjoy authonomy and freedom in the comfortable rooms, most of which feature a kitchnette wiyh frigo.
Guests can stay in a single or double room, or enjoy the comfort offered by studios and suites. Most of the accomodations feature a kitchenette. Non-smoking rooms are available on request and some accomodations feature air conditioning.
