This hotel is situated by the lake, surrounded by magnificent parklands and overlooking the Alps. It is also conveniently located close to the railway station.
The hotel rooms are individually styled with elegant furniture and furnishings. Both rooms and bathrooms are in excellent conction and decorated in a traditional style.
There is a French 'brasserie' style restaurant as well as an international restaurant which offers gourmet dishes and has magnificent views of the lake and mountains. In addition, the hotel has a grill restaurant beside the swimmimg pool, serving light snacks.
The exterior of the hotel is truly impressive and as the name suggests, it resembles a palace. In keeping with the traditional grandeur of the exterior, the interior is also very grand.
The lobby is large and impressive with beautiful traditional furniture and marble columns which combine to create a regal scene. There is a lounge area off the reception which leads onto the terrace with magnificient views of the lake.
This is a beautiful, traditional hotel with excellent decor, offering a superb standard of service. |
