| 3 Star, First Class Traditional Hotel
This hotel enjoys a rural location surrounded by fields just outside Interlaken on the way to Thun lake. Both the lake and the village are about 15 minutes walk.
The rooms are medium sized and in exceptional condition. They are beautifully decorated with high quality modern but rustic style furniture. All the rooms have sizeable balconies half of which look up at the Eiger. The bathrooms are also modern and in exceptional condition.
The restaurant is very charming, again featuring modern, but rustic style furniture with heavy wood tables and smart soft furnishings.
This hotel is actually quite new, but is built in typical Swiss chalet style with colourful flower boxes and a dark wood facade with small but cosy and welcoming lobby.
This hotel is a really delightful property. It's location is its biggest strength or weakness depending on your point of view; either "non-central" or, more likely, "off the beaten track". |
